The first three pillars of ASEAN-UK GTF: Climate Policy, Green Finance, and Clean and Just Energy Transition Call for Proposals is now open.
The deadline for submitting proposals is 19 February 2025 at 18:00 ICT/ 11:00 UTC.
Answers to consolidated clarification questions submitted to aseangtf@ukpact.co.uk will be published on this webpage in clarification questions and answers section below. The deadline for submitting clarification questions is 30 January 2025. Final publication of responses to clarification questions is 13 February 2025.
To be eligible for funding, each proposal must respond to one of the work packages below:
Pillar I: Strengthening Climate Policy and Institutional Capacity (Climate Policy)
Pillar II: Greening Finance to Strategic Mitigation Action (Green Finance)
Pillar III: Accelerating Clean and Just Energy Transition Measures (Clean and Just Energy Transition)

Projects will be selected through a one-stage open and competitive call for proposals. Applicants should read the Terms of Reference and Applicant Handbook to understand what is required to submit a strong proposal for this call.
Start the application process by downloading the application pack from the ASEAN-UK GTF Call for Proposal webpage. Fill out all the application pack templates in English and make sure you have completed all the required templates below. Then, submit the form through the button below. Please note that filling these forms may take approximately 2 hours.
After submitting the form, an email will be sent to you containing a link for uploading your completed application pack. Once you have uploaded your application pack through the link you received, the process is complete.

The deadline for submitting proposals is 19 February 2025 at 18:00 ICT/ 11:00 UTC. Submissions will not be considered if the application pack has not been uploaded or if they are received after the deadline.
